Role overview

We’re looking for a high-energy, self-motivated professional to join our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team as a Sr. Analyst. In this role, you will partner with the broader Finance team to provide exceptional financial and analytical support of our planning process, contribute to our financial reporting and dashboarding, and assist in managing our financial planning tools and technology.  Ideal candidates for this role are highly analytical, outstanding communicators, have a bias toward action and an ability to balance getting the details right while operating in a fast-paced environment.  This is a unique opportunity for a strong candidate to make a big impact during a time of significant growth.

Responsibilities include

  • Providing exceptional financial and analytical support (planning, reporting / dashboarding, analytics, modeling, etc.)
  • Creating efficient processes within our tools to streamline reporting and dashboarding
  • Supporting the creation and maintenance of financial forecasting models
  • Performing variance analysis comparing financial performance with relevant forecasts and metrics, and creating meaningful reporting with effective articulation of variance drivers
  • Managing and organizing required inputs and components from various Finance stakeholders for executive reporting and ensuring cohesive aggregation of presentation materials
  • Partnering with the broader Finance group on special projects and financial close processes to ensure complete and accurate financials and forecasts
  • Having a continuous focus on process and product improvement and efficiency

What we are looking for

  • Required Qualifications and Experience:
  • BA/ BS degree, or equivalent degree, in Finance, Accounting, or Business
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant, progressive experience working in corporate finance, accounting, business analysis and/or other related quantitative field
  • Experience with Adaptive Planning or equivalent financial planning tools preferred
  • Superior problem solving, analytical and financial modeling skills, combined with ability to effectively communicate results to business leaders
  • Sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly organized, with demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities with accuracy and efficiency
  • GAAP knowledge preferred
  • Advanced Excel, presentation, and reporting skills
  • Excellent communication (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skills a must
