Role overview

This is a fantastic opportunity to work at the center of an organization engaged in disrupting and reinventing healthcare. You will have the opportunity to learn supporting and guiding large scale change efforts with the Operations division of a company undergoing significant growth.  

A day in the life…

  • Collaborate with team members, business process owners and key stakeholders to understand business purpose and priorities for educational and change management initiatives.
  • Course development responsibilities include performing needs analyses, creating learning objectives, designing, developing and delivering course content and corresponding assessment items.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs by monitoring degree of compliance and knowledge transfer.
  • Ensure all materials are accurate, current and maintained to standard operating procedures. 
  • Perform end to end quality checks to ensure accuracy of materials.
  • Upload courses, assign and run reports for learning objects attached to the Learning Management System.
  • Use of project management skills to work on multiple projects concurrently often with aggressive/short turnaround times - this includes keeping multiple tasks/projects on track, using time well, and doing what it takes to deliver reliable results.
  • Act and share knowledge as a subject matter expert on Accolade’s service model, technologies, products and customers.


    • Currently enrolled full time at an accredited college or university with a focus in communications, business or organizational psychology background.   
    • Familiarity with project management approaches.  
    • Familiarity with change management approaches.  
    • Ability to balance competing priorities. 
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.  
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.  
    • Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment. 
    • Effective at working with a co-located team across multiple time zones.  
    • And finally, the right candidate will possess an outgoing, collaborative and get-it-done personality.
